Gaziantep\u2019te FET\u00d6\u00a0soru\u015fturmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda \u201csilahl\u0131 ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcne \u00fcye olmak\u201d su\u00e7undan 15 y\u0131la kadar hapis istemiyle yarg\u0131lanan ve etkin pi\u015fmanl\u0131k h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinden yararlanarak mahkemece serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lan san\u0131\u011f\u0131n, \u201cmahrem imam\u201d oldu\u011fu ve \u00f6nemli bilgileri saklad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlenince hakk\u0131nda yakalama karar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Al\u0131nan bilgiye g\u00f6re tutuklu yarg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 7. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesince etkin pi\u015fmanl\u0131k h\u00fck\u00fcmleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde adli kontrol \u015fart\u0131yla tahliye edilen A.D.\u2019nin, Ankara Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nca y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda polis memurlar\u0131ndan sorumlu \u201cmahrem imam\u201d oldu\u011fu belirlendi.<\/p>\n

Bunun \u00fczerine mahkeme savc\u0131s\u0131 Berekat Aksoy, \u00fcst mahkemeye itirazda bulunarak FET\u00d6\u2019n\u00fcn mahrem imamlar yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde \u201cNam\u0131k\u201d kod ismini kullanan A.D.\u2019nin, \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn \u015fifreli haberle\u015fme program\u0131 ByLock\u2019u 3 ayr\u0131 telefonda kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi. Ba\u015fvurusunda san\u0131k hakk\u0131nda \u201csilahl\u0131 ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc y\u00f6neticili\u011fi\u201d su\u00e7undan 22,5 y\u0131la kadar hapis istemiyle ikinci kez iddianame haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Aksoy, san\u0131\u011f\u0131n ger\u00e7ekleri anlatmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hatta \u00f6nemli bilgileri saklad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gerek\u00e7esiyle hakk\u0131nda yakalama karar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 talep etti.<\/p>\n
