D. oldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k ve Organize Su\u00e7larla M\u00fccadele (KOM) \u015eubesi ekipleri, FET\u00d6\/PDY soru\u015fturmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00a0haberle\u015fme sistemi olan ByLock program\u0131n\u0131 kulland\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclen ki\u015filere y\u00f6nelik ge\u00e7en 14 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019de Eski\u015fehir kent merkezinde operasyon d\u00fczenledi. Operasyonda, 15 ki\u015fi g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fckleri KOM \u015eubesi\u2019nde sorgulamalar\u0131 tamamlanan FET\u00d6 \u015f\u00fcphelisi 15 ki\u015finin tamam\u0131 ge\u00e7en 19 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019de \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 mahkeme tutuklanarak Eski\u015fehir H Tipi Cezaevi\u2019ne g\u00f6nderildi. \u015e\u00fcphelilerden baz\u0131lar\u0131, adliyiye getirili\u015fleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda y\u00fczlerini elleriyle ve ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 po\u015fetle kapat\u0131nca, burada bekleyen yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n \u2019Kapatmay\u0131n y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc. Tutuklananlar aras\u0131nda malulen emekli olan polis memuru M.D.\u2019nin de oldu\u011fu belirtildi. M. D.\u2019nin 24 Ocak 2001 tarihinde Diyarbak\u0131r Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ali Gaffar Okkan\u2019a yap\u0131lan suikast s\u0131ras\u0131nda motosikletli koruma ekibinde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve olayda yaraland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.
